Although she has never had a top 40 hit, Heap's MySpace profile boasts 27.6m song plays; earlier this year, she was named the UK's "most digitally prolific personality" by online identity firm Garlik when it launched a system measuring an individual's digital status based upon "popularity, impact, activity and individuality".
